At Blast & Cast, volunteers are more than helpers — they’re the heartbeat of the ministry. Whether you’re called to launch a new chapter or feel led to represent the Gospel on the water or in the field, we’re ready to walk alongside you.
From local leadership to tournament outreach, this is your invitation to help reach outdoorsmen where they are — with faith, purpose, and a rod or rifle in hand.
Start a Local Chapter
We’re growing in reach — and we need faithful leaders to help us go further. With a team of 3–5 committed men and support from our staff, you can launch a chapter in your region and begin building something lasting.
Start a Chapter in Your Area
We believe every community deserves a place where men can grow in faith while doing what they love—being outside, shoulder-to-shoulder. If your region doesn’t yet have a chapter, you may be the one called to begin.
Here’s what to expect:
- Step 1: Attend a 3-day event to experience the ministry in action
- Step 2: Pray, plan, and gather a team of 3–5 committed leaders
- Step 3: Host a small event with support from our team
- Step 4: Launch your chapter with ongoing support, branding, and admin services
