DESCRIPTION:“Follow Me\, and I will make you fishers of men”.  Matthew 4:19 NKJV \nPurpose: To build meaningful relationships with other outdoorsmen for the purpose of leading them to\, or back to\, Jesus Christ. \nSpeakers:  TBD \nDates: Primary check-in will begin on Thursday\, October 1\, 2026 at 6:00 pm.  If you will not be able to check in by 8:00 pm on Thursday\, please let us know ahead of time.  The event will officially end at 8:30 am on Sunday\, October 4\, 2026. \nLiability:  All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver at check in. \nMinimum Age Limit:  21. \nLodging: LePlatt Lodge on the San Juan\, 56 Road 4275 Navajo Dam\, NM 87419 www.lodge-san-juan.com  \nRegistration: First registered first reserved!  Registrants for this event will primarily be from the Lubbock\, TX area. \nParticipant tickets – $300.00 \nVolunteer Leadership – Please contact Event Chairman\, Tim Bergara at (806) 239-4690 for approval. \nActivities:  We will be staying at the LePlatt Lodge on the San Juan River for a 3-day fly fishing event.  We will fish along both the San Juan River in New Mexico\, and Lake Molas in Colorado. Participants will be divided into four separate groups led by volunteers and each will take a turn wade fishing\, kayak fishing and fish from a boat or hanging out in the Lodge.  We will eat\, fellowship and allow the Holy Spirit to work through the men at the event. \n**Note:  Volunteer leaders will be present at the event. Our volunteers are not compensated for the trip. No tips are allowed.  Usually you will fish with people you don’t know. This is done purposefully so please don’t be surprised. Please be flexible and plan to follow the instructions of your assigned volunteer leader.  Essentially\, treat this like a fishing trip with a group of friends… this is NOT a guided trip. \nMeals: Breakfast\, Lunch and dinner will be provided for both Friday and Saturday. We will provide a to-go breakfast on Sunday morning.   Drinks and snacks will be available in limited amounts but plan to bring your favorite soft drinks. You may also want to pack food and drinks to bring with you while you’re fishing. \nFreebies/Door prizes: TBD \nRules:  \n\nNo perfect people allowed. Come as you are\, no pretending.\nNo drunkenness. Alcohol in moderation is allowed only after fishing is done for the day. Safety is a must!\nPlease watch profanity.\nHave a good time!\n\nWhat to bring:   \n\nValid New Mexico and Colorado fishing licenses\nYour own fly fishing gear (i.e.\, waders\, fly rod\, bait and other tackle)\nBedding is provided\, however\, you are welcome to bring your own sleeping bag/pillow\nToiletries and bath towel\nSunscreen\, hat\, sunglasses\nSnacks and drinks\nA willing attitude that’s eager to help\, make it work\, and have a good time. DESCRIPTION:“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles\, They shall run and not be weary\, They shall walk and not faint.”  Isaiah 40:31 NKJV \nPurpose:  To gather for an evening of fellowship and morning/afternoon of crane hunting. \nRegistration:  Adult Participants (18 yrs+) – $275 \nHunting:  Join us for a West Texas crane hunt! We will hunt on Saturday\, November 14\, 2026 at Playa Lake Farm and Ranch\, 2605 Woodrow Road\, Lubbock\, TX 79423. \nMeals:  All meals are included.  Dinner on the evening of November 13th will be provided at the Lodge.  On Saturday we will have breakfast burritos before heading out to hunt with lunch provided at the Lodge afterwards for all participants.  Some drinks will be provided with the meals\, but it is recommended that participants bring their own drinks while in the field.  Alcohol will not be allowed prior to or during the hunt. \nRules: \n\nPerfect people are not allowed.
