Our Board of Directors

Rex Richards is the owner/founding partner of Waypoint Financial in Friendswood, TX. He is a dedicated outdoorsman who regularly gives back to the outdoor community. He and his wife, Tiffany, are passionate about the Kingdom and have chosen to support/serve Blast & Cast Men’s Ministries because we share the Gospel and have made a direct impact in their home community. However, it’s our growth outside of Texas that has them most excited about the future of the ministry.

When asked about his support of Blast & Cast Men’s Ministries, Rex commented, “The consistent growth of the Blast & Cast ministry has been exciting to witness, and it’s a privilege to continue our support of a Kingdom effort that is so effective at reaching men who might never attend a traditional church service. Since Waypoint Financial first became involved with the ministry as the gala title sponsor in 2020, we have seen Blast & Cast continue to grow despite adverse circumstances and a pandemic that shut most of the country down. While the videos of boat ramp baptisms right here in our community are a special blessing, we are most excited about Blast & Cast’s push to become a national ministry that shares the good news of Jesus with outdoorsmen throughout the United States. Financial support of the ministry is crucial to making that become a reality, and we are glad to do our part to ensure that the Blast & Cast is able to continue “Leading Outdoorsmen To The Cross” for years to come.

Craig and his wife, Kristin, live in Magnolia, TX, and have two children. Craig has worked in the oil and gas industry for the last 28 years where he is currently a Vice President of an industrial service company. Craig and Kristin have been members of Stonebridge Church of the Woodlands for 18 years where they have served in many different ministries. Craig enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and playing golf.

Craig was introduced to Blast & Cast Men’s Ministries while on a hunt that he purchased for his son at a church fundraiser. Craig had spent much time in prayer, asking God to guide him to a ministry where he could serve the Lord. After meeting and hearing Brodie speak on this hunting trip, Craig knew that Blast & Cast was that ministry. It has been eight years since that trip and Craig has been involved in many aspects of Blast & Cast, including serving as a past Treasurer of the Board. Craig is honored to serve in this ministry with other godly men… pointing outdoorsmen to the Cross.

Kye Grisham and his wife, Carmen, have called Deer Park, Texas, home throughout their 30 years of marriage. Together, they’ve raised two children and are proud grandparents to one grandson.

With nearly three decades of experience in the automotive industry, Kye currently serves as Vice President at Christian Brothers Automotive. His journey with Blast and Cast Men’s Ministries began through a personal invitation, and after attending just one event, he felt a clear calling to get involved—combining his passion for the outdoors with a mission to serve God and share the gospel with other men.

An avid fisherman and outdoorsman, Kye finds joy in time spent with family, being on the water, and embracing all things outdoors. Raised in the Baptist church, his faith continues to guide him in every aspect of life—professionally, personally, and spiritually.

Kye is honored to serve on the board of Blast and Cast Men’s Ministries, where he looks forward to helping others grow in faith and purpose.

Daniel and his wife Haylee are members of Rollingbrook Fellowship in Baytown, Texas. They live in Crosby, TX with their three children. Daniel serves as the Chief Financial Officer for GenOx Transportation, Inc., an industrial gas transportation Company located in Deer Park, TX. Daniel has served on both not-for-profit and for-profit Boards since 2018.

Daniel enjoys spending time outdoors, including biking and fishing with his kids. Daniel joined the Board of Directors for Blast & Cast Men’s Ministries in 2023. Blast & Cast’s core values of authenticity, relationship, and excellence are central cornerstones that Daniel considers valuable in his own life. Further, leading outdoorsmen to the Cross is a unique opportunity and Blast & Cast is well-positioned to expand the Gospel of Christ through the United States.

Scott recently moved to Sarasota, Florida from Sugarland, Texas to start his second career as an owner of the Christian Brothers Automotive shop in South Sarasota. This followed his 30+ year career as an Insurance Underwriter, Agent, and business leader in the Oil and Gas Industry. Scott was blessed to have the opportunity to travel extensively and live overseas in London while working as a Lloyds of London Underwriter. Scott was introduced to Blast and Cast during a difficult time when his Wife Sharon passed away and he retired to focus on his children Sean, now 24 living in McKinney Texas, and working in finance and his daughter Charis 22 studying Theater in Norman Oklahoma. “I credit the strong Men of God that I met within Blast and Cast during that time who showed me that a strong faith in Jesus was the answer.” Scott is excited to take on his new role on the board and work with such talented and gifted people.

Kendall Doles joined the Blast & Cast Board of Directors in 2026. He gave his life to Christ in 1996 and surrendered to full-time ministry in 2005. Kendall earned his Master of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and currently serves as the Family & Discipleship pastor at Rollingbrook Fellowship in Baytown, Texas, where he works primarily with students, college students, and young adults.

Kendall was introduced to Blast & Cast through Brodie Cooper and Rollingbrook Fellowship’s longtime partnership with the ministry. After seeing firsthand how God uses the outdoors, authentic relationships, and shared adventures to point men toward Jesus, he was excited to become more involved.

Kendall and his wife, Layne, have two sons, Samuel and Levi. He loves spending time in the mountains and near just about any river, watching and playing sports—especially basketball—and drinking coffee, although he has strong opinions about what qualifies as a good cup.

Stacey and his wife Nita reside in Kingwood TX and are active in multiple ministries of Woodridge Baptist Church. Stacey has been actively involved in Christ centered initiatives and philanthropic outreach in the US and globally for decades.

Stacey is an entrepreneur with 45 years’ experience focused on launching and leveraging technology to drive business creation, expansion, and growth. His real-world expertise has been utilized across his own businesses and on behalf of clients to drive meaningful business impact and outcomes domestically and abroad.

Stacey aspires to finish well and make a Kingdom difference by seeking to serve in areas of aligned vision. He met Brodie and Joel at a men’s breakfast and upon hearing the Blast and Cast journey and vision, plus a few meals together, a strong bond of confirmation occurred.

Troy Lindgram – Board of DirectorsTroy Lindgram and his wife, Shirley, met in high school and have been married since 1984. They have three children, three great-daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren. For the Lindgrams, everything centers around church and family. Troy has spent most of his adult life in the oil business and currently works for a major oil company. He teaches the Bible twice a week, and whenever blessed with the opportunity, he preaches God’s Word.

Troy surrendered his life to Jesus as Savior and Lord in 1972. His family attended a small Baptist Church in Kenai, Alaska. When Troy was six-years-old, his Sunday School teacher, Karen McGann, taught his class John 3:16. This verse and the importance placed upon it by his teacher has made a lasting impact on his life.

Troy was introduced to Blast & Cast Men’s Ministries through Brodie Cooper and his family.  Both families are active members of the same church. When asked about his participation in Blast & Cast Ministries, Troy said, “I am very grateful to see my passion for witnessing and evangelism reproduced in the Blast and Cast organization, and in the committed Christians who make it work for the Kingdom of Heaven every day.”

Jonathan and his wife Sarah live in Sugar Land, TX with their five children. After spending twelve years in the Marine Corps, Jonathan went back to school and became a pediatric nurse.  He is currently the Director of Nurses for Consolidated Home Health.

Jonathan and Sarah are members of River Pointe Church where they serve in the children’s ministry. Jonathan grew up in church and was baptized at a young age.  It wasn’t until much later in life that he learned the difference between practicing religion and having a personal relationship with Jesus.

Jonathan loves spending as much time outside with his family as life will allow.  He enjoys hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, and spending time with godly men who help hold him accountable. He has been involved in Blast & Cast Men’s Ministries for over ten years and enjoys serving at events to help create an environment to lead other outdoorsmen to the Cross.
