“For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.” Romans 1:20

Purpose: To build meaningful relationships with other outdoorsmen for the purpose of leading them to, or back to, Jesus Christ.

Directions:     35°55’43.1″N 106°46’32.6″W https://goo.gl/maps/4PokSibJMv6TiKjB9

Registration: First registered first reserved!

Hunting: We will have volunteers present to lead hunting groups of 3.  Our volunteers are paying their way for the event and are not professionals, nor are they licensed guides.  This is a buddy hunt with friends, not a guided trip. No tips allowed but covering your portion of gas or other expenses is expected.  Please bring cash to assist with any extra supplies needed.  Each volunteer Group Leader will be assigned a hunting party each day.  While we keep fathers and sons together, usually you will be hunting with people you don’t know.  This is done purposefully so please don’t be surprised.  Additionally, we will try to pair volunteer Group Leaders with parties suitable to their preferred method of hunting, but please remember to be flexible as this won’t always be possible.

Volunteer Group Leaders will be introduced to their parties in our meetings.  Please see your volunteer Group Leader for assistance and/or special needs with regard to hunting.

Meals: Lunch and dinner will be provided for both Friday and Saturday. Breakfast will be served Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings.   Drinks and snacks will be available in limited amounts, but plan to bring your favorite soft drinks. You may also want to pack food to bring with you while you’re out on your hunt.

Freebies/Door prizes: Everyone present at the event will receive an event t-shirt and an entry for the door prize drawing that will be held on Saturday night. If you’d like to donate door prizes , please contact Dustin Rardin at the number provided below.

Rules:

  1. Perfect people are not allowed. Come as you are, no pretending.
  2. No drunkenness. Alcohol in moderation is allowed after all guns have been put up for the day. Safety is a must!
  3. Please watch profanity. We want to keep the environment kid friendly.
  4. Have a good time.
