Purpose: Enjoying the beauty of God’s Creation, while building relationships with fellow outdoorsmen and introducing them to Jesus, or helping them to follow Jesus more closely.
Dates: Primary check-in will begin on Thursday, April 18th at 4:00 pm. If you will not be able to check in by 8:00 pm on Thursday, please let us know ahead of time. The event will officially end at 9:00 pm on Saturday, April 20th.
Liability/Age Limit: All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver at sign-in. Age limit: 14 years and above. Participants under 18 yrs old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Lodging: WildOut Pro Lodge – 4 Road 539, Blanco, NM 87412
Registration: Participant (hunter) registration is available online, and open to all.
Cost: Volunteers – $75.00 | Participants (hunters) – $150.00
Hunting: Volunteers will take two (2) people each to designated sections of the legal hunting area.
Each hunting participant is required to bring their own gear (listed below). Participants should anticipate hiking into hunting locations. We will have volunteers present to lead hunting parties each morning. Please remember to be flexible and work together to make the event work.
Meals: Meals will be provided – (Dinner on Thursday | Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday and Saturday). Plan to bring your favorite drinks and snacks. If you’d like to help out on the cook crew, please let us know in advance!
Freebies/Door prizes: Everyone present at the event will receive a Blast & Cast Men’s Ministries t-shirt and sticker. Additional gear can be purchased online with a discount code.
Rules:
- No perfect people allowed. Come as you are, no pretending.
- No drunkenness. Alcohol in moderation is allowed only after hunting is done for the day. Safety is a must!
- Please watch profanity.

- A willing attitude that’s eager to help make it work and have a good time. Remember, everyone at the event is a volunteer. Set your expectations as though you are going on a weekend trip with friends, not a guided hunt!
