Blast & Cast Men’s Ministries (BCMM) is actively engaged in an effort to promote the Gospel within the outdoor community. As we commonly say, we are pointing outdoorsmen to the cross. Due to our growing footprint within the outdoor community, we need to expand our volunteer ranks and increase our level of availability to outdoorsmen in spiritual need.
Our Pro Staff program is designed with professional anglers, shooters, guides, and outfitters in mind. Pro Staff members are visible and respected in the outdoor community, and promoting BCMM is intended to help them create opportunities to share the Gospel with outdoorsmen.
Our Field Staff program is designed to help integrate new volunteers into both new and existing BCMM chapters. Field Staff members are valuable volunteers that our leadership teams can count on to run boats, chaperone hunters, serve on cooking and cleaning crews, assist with event planning, and build effective relationships at our events, all while sharing the Gospel.
